What is the turnaround time for custom team orders?
Custom team apparel typically takes 6 to 8 weeks for production after the final design approval. We recommend ordering well in advance of your competitive season to ensure timely delivery.
How should I care for my Ozone gymnastics apparel?
To preserve the elasticity and shine of the fabric, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners, and always hang to dry. Avoid ironing or dry cleaning.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-made team leotards and personalized items are final sale.
