At Ozone Gymnastics Apparel, we want you to feel confident in every routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that custom-designed team leotards and personalized gear are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the gymnastics apparel you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the fabric is free from chalk, glitter, or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
